About Chris
When you vote for Chris Nardo for Ohio State Representative in the 66th District, you are voting for someone who understands the values of hard work, family, and community.
Chris was raised in southern Ohio in a hardworking union family. His father, the son of Italian immigrants, served in World War II and spent decades as a union steelworker. Those experiences shaped Chris’s belief that working families deserve respect, opportunity, and a government that works for them — not special interests.
For 40 years, Chris worked in the printing industry, contributing to publications such as the Cleveland Plain Dealer and the Chicago Tribune. Through that work, he learned the importance of honesty, communication, precision, and the dignity of skilled labor.
Chris and his wife have called Medina County home since the late 1980s, where they raised two children who graduated from Wadsworth High School. Like you, Chris is invested in the future of local schools, neighborhoods, businesses, and the people who make a community strong.
Chris understands the pressures families are facing every day. Rising prices at the grocery store, higher costs at the gas pump, increasing property taxes, and expensive utility bills are affecting hardworking Ohioans across Medina County. He also knows local family farmers are struggling to compete while trade policies continue to put them at a disadvantage.
As your State Representative, Chris Nardo will fight to lower property taxes and utility costs while making government more accountable to the people it serves. He believes working men and women should not continue carrying the financial burden while wealthy corporations pay less and less.
Chris will stand up for working families, support career education and workforce development, and work to ensure local communities — not political insiders or special interests — have a stronger voice in Columbus.
Together, we can build a stronger, more affordable, and more prosperous future for Ohio’s 66th District.
